Just a quick word of thanks to all the staff at Peters Watersports, particulaly Peter, Roy, Chad and Anitha. I've been dealing with PWS for the past 15 months or so where i initially purchased a boat from them. Dispite encountering seveal obstacles along the way, the staff at PWS have always gone out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. In all industries, it is inevitable that you will encounter difficulties at some stage and this has been the case with PWS, but the manner in which they have responded to rectify any concerns is to be commended. An example of this took place in March 2009 where i was stranded in Mozambique due to a defective boat trailer. Peter had no hesitation in offering to send up the required spare parts to rectify the problem. Fortunately, we found a backyard mechanic and made do with what we had. All modifications that i have made to my boat have been well executed and any deviations thereof were quickly rectified. PWS go out of their way to get financing approved and it is pleasing to see that they are now providing a vehicle selling service in their portfolio. For all your boating and vehicle needs, just give them a call!!!
